From one igbo to another igbo. Why is the Army marginalising other tribes.
Is it only igbos that are in the Army. This is injustice to other tribes.
I call on the Nigerian Army to do justice by appointing another southerner.
Igbos alone can't be occupying the spokesperson position.
I totally condemn it, I condemn it.

An Igbo man left the post then another woman came in. Why giving the dirty jobs to the ethnic group you don't want to occupy the COAS, DAOP offices among many others. Why always the spokesman job always?
Don't mind the idiots how will igbo youths with high ambitions look at this trend and decide to the nigerian army?

because all those other positions require more action than talk. The position of Army Spokesman involve more talk than action, which igbos are more versed in.

A True Story From A Friend Who Left The Nigerian Army
A friend of mine ed the Nigerian Army in 2018. In 2020 he dropped his uniform under the tree in the bush and ran away. When I asked him why, he said that the injustice against Igbo soldiers in the Nigerian Army is too much.
According to him, for the few years he spent in the Army, he said that not fewer than 25 Igbo soldiers have been shot and killed by their commanders in the barracks where he was. When I asked him what exactly were their crimes, he replied that Igbo soldiers are the target in the North and any of them who summoned up the courage to complain against injustice will be shot and killed and no news will carry it.
In most occasions where they are sent to confront Boko Haram terrorists in Sambisa Forest they are usually ambushed on their way but he used to be one of the luckiest escapees in every ambush against them. My friend told me that he is not suspecting, but he has proven that their Northern Nigeria Army commanders has communication links with the commanders of Boko Haram terrorists in the North. He said that any battalion the Northern Nigerian Army commanders wants to eliminate they will send them to Sambisa Forest and the information to Boko Haram terrorists that soldiers are on their way. They will tell the terrorists exactly the number of soldiers that are coming so that the terrorists will deploy their own fighters that will massively outnumber the soldiers. That's how they will be ambushed.
The most horrible part of it is that in several occasions that he survived the ambushes, whenever he gets to the barrack he will be asked; "why did he return"?. This has continued repeatedly and one day his fellow Igbo soldier asked what sort of question is that? That fellow was stripped and locked up in the barrack for a week without food. Later on, he was shot, killed and buried one Sunday afternoon. This happened in 2020 and that Sunday the fellow was killed was the same Sunday my friend said he made up his mind to leave the Nigerian Army. As God may have it, he found a way and left.
It was one Tuesday afternoon when they were deployed against Boko Haram and got ambushed that he left the Nigerian Army. During the ambush and despite that they drove in the middle of the terrorists, with their outdated weapons and limited bullets, they stood their ground and fight gallantly against the terrorists. By the time they began to run out of bullets, they placed a call to their barrack for reinforcement but nobody picked up their call. They tried several times but nobody responded. They called another barrack in a neighboring state and they answered but the reinforcement never came. When their bullets eventually finished, they ran helter skelter for their lives and he managed to escape. According to him, 80% of their troops were gunned down that day by the Boko Haram terrorists.
My friend said that he escaped into a faraway bush where he sat under the shades of a giant tree and planned his next move.
He pulled out his army uniform, used his dagger and cut out his name tags and he dropped the uniform in-between two roots. As for his empty gun, he used his dagger to dug the ground and buried it there and left.
He had a civilian friend in the North whom he secretly stayed in his house for about two weeks before he finally left Nigeria. As we speak, my friend is doing his business in one African country and he is doing wonderfully well.
Igbo soldiers are the target in the Nigerian Army, never you the army that will kill you. My friend said that many Igbo women in the East whom their soldier husbands were sent to the North are now widows and their children fatherless but they don't know.
If you are an Igbo person, never you the Nigerian Army because they will kill you in the North and still come to the east and kill everyone in your family.
A word they say is enough for the wise!

Buhari really eliminated thousands of igbo soldiers in the army during his reign it's better for Igbo youths to privately get military training in preparation for the coming final jihad the fulanis are planning than to the nigerian fulani army where they will be easily eliminated without anyone knowing or investigating the cause of their deaths.

Bullcrap propaganda!!!
Itβs not possible for soldiers sent to combat Boko Haram to all be Igbos.
There are Igbo Generals who wouldnβt allow that to stand.
Name tags are easily detached because itβs velcro. No need to use dagger to detach.
If you want to go AWOL after surviving an ambush, the last thing you will do is to spend hours trying to bury a rifle you can just leave there.
So many inconsistencies in this propaganda. Do better!

Exactly the type of "juicy" position that's reserved for Igbos in Nigeria. If this how they want to attract Igbo recruits into their military, it's certainly not enough. Nothing kills the soul of a country more than injustice.

It's always Igbos the army give spokesperson position so that they will always be on air to deny all the atrocities the army commits against the Igbos
Just like most US ambassadors to the UN were of black race. Get used to it and serve the purpose like you stated above. It's a job.
