Not excusing Nigerians' greed & quest for quick money, but Govt also has responsibility to protect her citizens.
SEC & other agencies shouldn't be licensing & allowing such dubious schemes to operate, & scam Nigerians.

None of these was licensed by SEC. Investors themselves must carry out thorough due diligence before putting their money into investments.

This list is incomplete without Afriq Arbitrage System operated by Jessm Michael, a man from Ugep in Cross Rivers State. He duped Nigerians and others nations about $10million dollars. He was quite well apprehended by the police when he attempted escaping out of the country. But up till now nothing has been heard about his case.

Believe me, if another Ponzi scheme comes, they will still defraud millions of NIGERIANS and have a big harvest.
Nigeria is a land very rich with mugu.
Many NIGERIANS claims they are intelligent and smart, is a lie.
Nigerians are only crafty.
They will continue to fall mugu.

So why allow them to freely operate unlicensed?

Nigerians are so vulnerable that even if another ponzi scheme emerges tomorrow, thousands will still fall victims.
So Govt has to do more by criminalising such dubious schemes & not allowing them freely operate & scamming Nigerians.
