The middle ground is actually where we're aiming for, because that's where the true principle of creation and life is found and is operated. All of nature is flux between the two poles of left and right. The middle ground is where the two extremes are balanced.

This may not be for your kind though but its fine.

Here, you are just waking up to the possibility that several years before your source of "the original one of God", many paths, teachings, cultures, traditions have used and demonstrated what this thread is about.

In the olden days, this sound used to be secret and the exclusive reserve of the spiritual masters.

In their wisdom, the have seen that man had evolved enough to handle its vibration.

On ways one can "make use of" the power of God. I will be posting those next.

This is important because most of us are coming from teachings which makes people 'Use God'.

Advanced spiritual wisdom says that is a folly and a self-destructive one at that.

At no time should this power be called to "destroy my enemies", cajole God with praises, or be commanded to do anything. At best, you simply want to place yourself 'in the will of God'.

That's the most safest place to be and the most powerful prayer.

Technique 1:

This particular one is a way to use the God Power to fix a bad dream.

Introduction

If this is your first time, a negative engram or program can be made on an unsuspecting person while men sleep.

The person probably have a faint recollection of that as just a bad dream or nothing at all. They pray or do not and go about their day. Next thing, calamity happens.

Moral: Never dismiss any dream as "just a dream" because it actually happened and awaits physical manifestation.

We all live in a parallel world at the same time. We live in all the "heavens" and "Hells" now. The human handicap which blocks awareness of this worlds and what we say and do in them gets to sleep and we are free to slip into the others unconsciously most times and call what we "a dream".

How to Fix a Bad Dream:

"If you have an uncomfortable experience or dream—or one you don't understand—take it into contemplation. Begin by singing HU for a few minutes. Then rewind the dream or experience, and run it through your mind. Next, visualize a door that opens into golden sunlight. This is the Light of God.
Now take the uncomfortable experience from the darkness; take it from the silence and solitude through the open doorway where it is dissolved by the Light and Sound of God.

This exercise can get you in the habit of looking for a brighter, more creative world, where you can find more inner satisfaction. With the help of the Inner Master, the Mahanta, you are learning to take charge of your life. You are becoming the aware Soul, the creator of your own worlds."

If you have ever wished you had the power to edit or alter your fate or destiny, today you have been shown how. That's what the exercise above is for. however to after performing the editing to surrender your exercise to the will of God. In other words, you surrender the outcome of what you did to how best the Holy Spirit deems best for all concerned.

If you only use it to edit your dreams only, you are leaving a lot on the table. You can edit outcome of events, and any physical occurrence.

Caveat: It is a tiny difference between this and black/dark magic. In the middle path, both white and black magic are considered the same and should be avoided at all cost. Do not use this to get what you did not work for like making your landlord forego your rent, etc.


The simple rule is:

a: Do unto others as you would want them to do to you.
b: Do as you have agreed to do, do not encroach on another man's right or property.

Karma is real, do not try to be "smart" by using this for vice.

God is literally within you. The power isn't to be travelled and gotten elsewhere.

I understand so many years of hearing otherwise had done a lot against one accepting and settling down with this reality.

The logic in Technique opens up the saying that God is in you.

Editing your destiny employs the fun use of the very fabric of what reality is to the human senses: Imagery & The Imagine Faculty.

All is also in our heads and we cast or beam it collectively in a subconscious manner so we can all observe it in so-called 'real-time'.

Technique 2: Listening for God

Try this simple spiritual exercise to help you hear and see the two aspects of God, the Light and Sound.

Go somewhere quiet. Sit or lie down in a comfortable place. Put your attention on your Spiritual Eye, a point just above and behind your eyebrows. With eyes lightly shut, begin to sing a holy word or phrase, such as HU, God, Holy Spirit, or "Show me thy Ways, O Lord." But fill your heart with love before you approach the altar of God, because only the pure may come.

Be patient. Do this exercise for several weeks, for a limit of twenty minutes each time. Sit, sing, and wait. God speaks to you only when you are able to listen.

There is no other way other than gaining first-hand experience on whatever subject of faith and believe that is out there.


When someone has a first-hand experience with the event at the Pentecost for instance, they know exactly what the disciples did to bring about the action of the Holy Spirit yo the degree they had it.

Much has the event had 'ed' long ago, the seeker is able to travel back in time and experience the event 'live and direct'. Not "dem say".

This is possible because all event whether past and present are actually existing 'Now'. They are not gone as we like to reason.

The above kind of experience is how to move from a believer to a knower. The methods includes Dream Travel or Soul Travel. A sincere love for God or the things of God makes it easier.

The steps are made difficult for someone who consciously or unconsciously is after fame and repute, who wants to feel pumped by having those feats.

So to shift your consciousness, you should try "Technique 2" above. Your desire for a shift in consciousness is what would see you through in of efforts.

Technique 3

Opening the Heart Center
Many people want to know how to get rid of fear. Fear isn't something you can be talked out of. The secret to getting rid of fear is to open the heart center.

In contemplation, imagine yourself sitting in the audience at an Eckankar seminar, with the Living ECK Master speaking from the stage. Visualize the golden Light of God coming into your heart center, coming in so quietly and gently that you may not realize It's there. Imagine your heart center reacting like the pupil of an eye, opening gently to allow more Light to come in.

There is a way for each person to control the opening of the heart center and the flow of Light within. Ask the Inner Master how to maintain the inner connection with the ECK to find a balance that is right for you.

Law of Reversed Effort


If you feel you are trying too hard to accomplish something, consider the Law of Reversed Effort. This law is a practical law of nature concerned with the use of the imaginative powers.

It goes like this: The more you concentrate on putting your imaginative powers upon something, the less you are able to do it. Or, the harder one struggles to avoid something the more it will be attracted to him.

For example, when one is trying to ride a bicycle and avoid hitting any rocks on the road, he is so conscious of hitting the rocks he'll probably do so. Or if a person tries to walk across a small plank from one building to another at the tenth floor, his mind would be on falling, not on walking.

This law is concerned with imagining and feeling. The negative thoughts are apt to be more effective than the positive, because the negative usually has more feeling with it.

Take your goal into contemplation and focus on relaxing, letting go the negative feelings associated with not achieving this goal. Set up a positive image about the goal, then put feeling with it. It's that simple.

Technique 5:

A Dream Exercise

Dreams are an easy and natural way to pursue spiritual unfoldment. Here is an exercise you can try before you go to sleep. It can help you see your problems from a higher viewpoint to aid you in your life.

Make a request. Before you go to sleep, write down a question about a problem that bothers you. Ask the Dream Master or your own spiritual teacher for guidance on this question. Lie down, and close your eyes.

Sing HU. Softly sing HU (pronounced like the word hue) for about five minutes. HU is an ancient name for God. It has the unique ability to lift you into a higher state of awareness. Singing HU connects you with Divine Spirit, or ECK, which can be seen as an inner Light or heard as Sound.

Write down your experiences. When you wake up in the morning, write down any dreams, thoughts, or feelings, even if you don’t think they are significant. As you go through your day, write down any new thoughts or experiences that relate to your problem. Do this for three to five days. Then look over your notes. You may discover that images you first thought were unrelated now make sense and give you clues to the overall pattern of your life.

A Way to Build Self-Confidence

If you should have your real strength of character marred by lack of self-confidence, use this technique to build yourself up again.

First find the spots in your aura or personal atmosphere that are self-conscious, shy, timid, or overly sensitive. These tend to attract people who impose upon your weakness. With a mental command, ask those people to move out of your way. Mentally demand respectful attention.

Next build up the opposite qualities of mind and character to replace these self-conscious qualities. Fill yourself with positive courage so that the positive force you generate can actually be felt when you through a room.

Adopt the mental attitude and personal atmosphere of a person with great confidence. Always be direct and positive in your approach to all things. Put all your spiritual force behind your smile, your replies, and your thoughts.
