Only Heaven knows how much you will wail when you conclude your NYSC and cant secure a job.

By the way, why would a corp member rent a house of 1.2 million during their service year? Is NYSC a job?

Seems this generation has lost everything valuable including their sense of reasoning and response to life issues.

You mean that almost eight months after the minimum wage was signed into law, Corp are still being paid 33k?

Truly, Tinubu is terrible

One of the examples of voodoo economics of Nigeria. House rent N1.2 million per annum. Yearly salary total less than N1.2 million.

Maybe it's the youth that will save us by speaking out.
A corper is first a Nigerian b4 being a corper.
If the govt of Nigeria is so concerned about corpers complaining of cost of living, maybe they should make life habitable for them.

We fail to realize the impact of this complaint.
This is the LATEST BATCH OF OUR YOUNGEST ADULTS...being pushed into an economy where they can barely survive.
The last batch faced extreme harassment when they tried to exercise their right to vote.
When our youths begin to dabble into prostitution, betting, online fraud, it will seem as if they are lazy. They are crying out now that life under Tinubu is not sustainable, slaves tied to tribalism and suffering are shutting them down.
You are all gonna learn.

You can share appt with 1 or 2 people. Rome was not built in a day. Manage yourself, one year of service will not kil you.

inasmuch as it is true that things are costly, why would a corper be looking for a house of N1.2m when allowance is N396k?

if this corper was asked to serve in the village were things are cheap and manageable, am sure she would have refused.

since they all want to serve in the big cities instead of rural areas, why is she complaining about the cost of rent?

If you check now, people like this one may have lobbied to be sent to Lagos, now same Lagos is now smelling. Anyway, I do not think Bornu State smells, NYSC should relocate her there.

Vdm claim of cobwebs on some people's brains closer to power in this country is actually truth..
Nobody is telling Tinubu the truth about Nigeria's situation anymore.
If you say the truth you may most likely lose your job

It's not about a Corper renting house 1.2million yearly but the general cost of Living.
Transport, feeding, housing and many more it's really biting hard people hardly eat well.

Except in the interior villages, there is no where a youth copper who earns N336k per year can afford to rent a room.

Lol... I don't understand. So, corners should be paid 500k monthly?

You people are even funny. It's like you think Nigeria is that rich sha. We're too poor and unproductive for a country aiming so high. That's for the masses.

And the little we have, the leaders mismanage and embezzle it. It's simple math.
