The outcome of this case should be based on evidential proof which the PDP have provided thus far and not any form of technicality that may impede the integrity and name of the Nigerian Judiciary. Edo People came out en masse to vote Dr. Asue Ighodalo and Osarodion Ogie under the PDP on the 21st of September, 2024 and unfortunately, INEC Stole their mandate and gave it to the APC INEC GOVERNOR-SELECT who could not even read his own budget and has further proven to be highly incompetent since he assumed that office which originally does not belong to him and his Failed party.

The Imo state judgement is now used as judicial precedence. This is the danger of bad judgement. Except the court will try to correct the intentional mistake of Imo Judgement. But the harm has already done to Imo people.
