Our judges must deliver judgments in line with upholding justice and the rule of law not technicalities. Nigeria judiciary should conduct survey to observe the perception of nigerians regarding their judgment especially on political matters to at least access its self. Most people no longer regard the judiciary as the last hope of the common man. Something urgently needs to be done

Idiotic rubbish talk. And this fool calls himself a lawyer? He might as well call himself a partisan politician. This is so shallow IQ that you wonder how such a slowpoke can be called the president of a Bar Association. The Supreme Court in any country is the supreme interpreter of local, state, and federal laws in any country. So if a local court sentenced someone to prison, is this fool saying that such a person cannot approach the higher federal court for appeals? 31 Likes 1 Share |

in other words, if federal high court dont have power according to you, the first judgment is null and void, so the chairmen are not sacked, so appeal court is correct, lol

The LG chairmen dissatisfied with the outcome of the Federal high court appeal the case at the Court of Appeal which they won and was told to resume forthwith. 2 Likes |
