Yoruba leaders should wake up and NAFDAC's effort to stop sales of fake drugs in our markets.. it's an obligation for the Governors and House of Assembly to protect citizens in their respective States from harm. LASG and other SW State Governments should set up task force that will collaborate with NAFDAC to destroy fake and illicit drugs in the markets. States HOA should enact laws such as death sentence as penalty for fake drugs producers and merchants. You people should get proactive and stop waiting for FG to do everything for you. Look around, mental cases everywhere.. kidney and liver ailments with people begging for financial assistance to get kidney transplant surgery abroad. that the cost of inaction is always greater than cost of taking action.. you that Governor or Honourable turning deaf ears to the plight of your people, you have families, loved ones and even friends that can fall victim to these fake and illicit drugs. Be your brother's keeper and the fight to end fake drugs in circulation killing Nigerians now more than ever. Ire o. 7 Likes 2 Shares |

Anybody caught in any market selling fake drugs, food and drinks should be given a bullet right through their skull. No need to arrest them, just kill them on the spot. The head of NAFDAC is too soft. The State government should also collaborate with the Federal government to fight this war. 1 Like |

Terse Response To the Litany of Emotional and Oft Hysterical Outbursts The DG issued a terse statement regarding the outcry against NAFDAC sting operation in some quarters: ' We are not against trade ...we want to protect lives...' How horrible and unconscionable can people get? We are talking about human lives here. The unconscionably-driven would kill everybody but himself in order to make money. This is a cultural problem among the Igbos- I won't sound politically correct here. Their culture of making money at all costs even when human lives are the costs should be reviewed. There can be a cultural introspection. Igbo elders can have periodic fora, where these issues can be reviewed. For NAFDAC, good job! Keep on pushing them, ferreting them out of their ' rabbit holes'. As a parting shot, I suggest stiffer legislation- DEATH PENALTY- for the malefactors of this dastardly act. 4 Likes 1 Share |

TemplarLandry: We have a notorious narcotics drug trafficker who forfeited over $460,000 in drug proceeds to the U.S. government. This serves as a subtle reminder |

There is a group of people whose shops we should start boycotting for the sake of your health because the supply chain of their products cannot be trusted. From pharmaceutical drugs to common household supplies like coke to fufu made with soap to adulterated palm oil to fake alchohol to…… Stay away from their shops if you value your health! …..Just saying! 5 Likes |

SUFFERInSMILIIN: What do you mean by this? Could this be your justification for the menace of fake drugs or what? Our hate for the country or leader(s) will do no one good. Virtually all our political leaders are the same, if you will honestly X-ray all past and present leaders from states to federal you will agree with me that non of them is corruption free. For these reasons let us build a unified front against any bad practices otherwise, I fear for the future of our youngs and unborn children 3 Likes |

Federal agencies under Tinubu are all doing great all of a Sudden. The Tinubu factor has brought effectiveness back to Governance. Tinubu is showing the class he is made of. While Tinubu was trying to solve a malaise , some visionless opposition were synpathetic to the Criminalls. Imagine if were had voted PO as president that's how fake drugs would kill everyone. PO is an in experienced .

This offense should carry capital punishment (the death penalty) because it’s synonymous to murder/attempted murder. Let’s take a moment to reflect on how some people must have lost their lives swallowing chalks made by these cursed people thinking it was the right medications for their various ailments🤔 An average Nigerian’s heart is filled with unthinkable grime yet you see them going to Churches and mosques on Sundays and Fridays respectively ![]() 2 Likes 1 Share |
