Hmmm, my southeast brethren don't change. Funny how you can guess the winner of an election if you look at some states and Rivers. ![]() 5 Likes 1 Share |

iwaeda:I see a pinch of tribal sentiment in your comment....But don't forget that an IGBO man was also the chairman of the electoral commission then of which he stood his ground and maintained that Abiola(a Yoruba man) won the elections.........Forget sentiments bro....in general , IGBOS stands for truth and justice!!.. 2 Likes 1 Share |

IBB just say you detested Abiola so much that you never wanted him to be president. It's not as if Abiola was a saint or was going to do anything spectacular to make Nigeria great. But IBB didn't stand for the truth. He subverted justice at the polls. It is too late for him to saintify himself. Too late.

When I read the biography except all I see here is IBB was not the mastermind behind the June 12. IBB also ran for his life, Northern cabals, Abiola allies and Abacha are the Orchestrator of June 12 saga. IBB was just the face of the whole thing a lot happened behind, Nigeria power corridor is mystical and occultic. Abiola made a grave mistake he should have jakpa till the military guys live power and return and re-contest in a democratic election. Even if it takes 10yrs MKO will still win anytime anyday. He who leaves the fight lives to fight another day stronger and possibly victorious 4 Likes 1 Share |

oluseyiforjesus: You're right. It was the most transparent because we had to stand in queues for our choice and be counted manually. Everyone saw the result immediately per centre and people followed up on the collation. We were determined to move from military dictatorship but it turned out that they were not ready to leave. They had the of some people who kept throwing cogs in the wheel of progress. People like Arthur Nzeribe and one night judge. 4 Likes |

TheDemola:Whatsoever a man sows he shall reap. Apart from the first two coups and probably the failed coup of 1995 Abiola financed every other coup in Nigeria, first by using his media to discredit the government making it very unpopular among the people that was why people would troop to the street in jubilation after a successful coup. Nothing Babagida said in his book that I haven't read before in Max Siollun books: 1. Oil, Politics and Violence - Nigeria's Military Coup Culture (1966 - 1979). 2. Soldiers of Fortune - Nigerian Politics from Buhari to Babangida (1983 - 1993). 3. Nigeria's Soldiers of Fortune - The Abacha and Obasanjo years. These books are enriched with Nigeria history. 1 Like |

iwaeda:You have started with this stupid nonsensical lies you Yorubas peddle around to deceive your fellow gullible Yorubas to hate Igbos. So in that clear result where Abiola got over 41% in Abia and over 45% in other Igbo states meant only Anambra voted Abiola because Abiola won Tofa in Anambra? Igbos voted massively for Abiola, go back and check the result again if your brain is leaking vital oil ![]() Southeast result for that election showed that 790,371 Igbos voted for Tofa who had an Igbo running mate while 739,748 Igbos voted for MKO Abiola who had an Hausa running mate. Now how can you foolishly say Igbos didn't vote for Abiola? How much more mischievous, ungrateful and wicked can you Yorubas be towards Igbos? Why do you guys always derive joy in hating and lying against Igbos, why? 5 Likes |

EmperorCaesar:May you continue to lie like this till you die, foolish boy ![]() Tofa got a total of 1.2million votes in SouthSouth while Abiola got a total of 1.3million votes. But same Abiola got 740,000 votes in Southeast while Tofa with an Igbo Vice got 790,000 votes in Southeast but Igbos never voted MKO Abiola. God and nature will definitely pay you guys back with all the unjust hatred and lies against Igbos in due time 4 Likes |
