What did Fubara do? Was it Fubara that asked them to leave PDP for APC? Fubara only work according to the constitution, and if you go and read that section of the constitution you don't need a law Court to declare that seat vacant it is self executory, because we leave in a lawless country they will be running from one court to another. Fubara has not done anything, the lawmakers are gone and gone forever
