And so what if they import?. Is US, Saudi & top producers still not importing oil?, you illiterate. It is on record that the oil sector has been liberalized, Importation is allowed. It is also on record that PH refinery is only operating at 70% while Warri has not began fuel production yet, so why not import?.

No government in Africa has performed like this government. This is high level of ingenuity.
