Unfortunately nothing will happen Election the president himself orchestrated the malpractice himself just to prove a point to Obasaki. It's gone jare |

Had it been that APC had a knowledgeable guber candidate for Edo State and rigged election as usual for the candidate, it would have been lesser pain.

Umarnuhu1990: No matter the glaring evidences of rigging by APC, the APC Court judges appointed by APC government will say those evidences could not be proved beyond reasonable doubt. No judge in the Supreme Court asked Mahmood Yakubu why he couldn't temporarily stop the electronic vote collation process, repay the so-called computer glitch and resume the election process, instead of quickly embarking on manual collation of votes results already jettisoned by the Electoral Act of 2022. 1 Like |

fuckJones:Does g it authenticate the error in filling correct results? If what he signed wasn't what was later recorded at the local government ward level where the real rigging takes place, please what do you expect? |

I hope bitter obi is learning how it's done in court..foolish man

CommonSense1967:Results are normally altered after it has been signed by party agents. Reason you don't see countersigned signatures. |

comodo:Many people doesn't know how it works. They think after polling unit, that is the end. Even at ward collation centre they do abracadabra. On the transit to state collation centre they also do abracadabra. Politicians are the worst set of people on earth. |
fuckJones(f): 8:31pm On Jan 23 |
IfnobeGod20:He will bring the one he sign or else he was not at the pooling unit |
IfnobeGod20(m): 9:02pm On Jan 23 |
fuckJones:You're olodo. I have supervised so many elections that many party agents refused to sign. In the last presidential election, PDP and LP agents refused to sign the results Mahmood collated. If you're not satisfied with the collated results, you can declined appending your signature. Agents are not under compulsion by law to sign collated results. Whether they sign it or not sign that doesn't preclude them to having the results announced because there is no portion that says, don't give party agent that didn't sign collated results a copy. No portion of the law, either constitution or electoral act. |
IfnobeGod20(m): 9:09pm On Jan 23 |
CommonSense1967:Some of you are dunce I swear. You don't know that results collated and signed at the polling unit, can be altered at the ward level collation? You don't know? Not only that, the one collated at the ward level can also be altered at the state collation centre. You don't know abi? I am not yet done. The one even collated at the state collation centre can be altered on transit before getting to the national collation centre. You don't know because you're a novice. This is what the electoral act says, in case there is a dispute in the results collated, it is the responsibility of the returning officer to look into the transmitted results for comparison or a copy from the police if available. I forgot the section now. You guys need to stoop low and learn. |

Fiscus105:If Nigeria was a saner country those 14 lawmakers would not have neglected their legislative function and be handbags in the hands of Oshobaba. They would have been at the hallowed chamber on the day of inauguration to be sworn in. If Nigeria was a saner country, your kind would have used your common sense and know that Obaseki was doing the right thing for not allowing one man to be dictating the direction a while state should go after he has enjoyed his own 8 years with no interference. While the same man fought tooth and nail against Mr. Fix it and on the cause the man died. |

Akpakomiza2:Since 2023 elections have you seen INEC accepting any fraud results, even the Rivers and Benue states election results that were glaringly rigged, INEC rejected the real results, even the CTC they gave themselves. This is how low our country has become. An umpire refuting its own documents. Only in Nigeria. Those that are saying INEC is an integral part of APC, they may not be lying. They are always rejecting their own results, claiming they will give reasons in their final addresses. |
Akpakomiza2: 11:51pm On Jan 23 |
IfnobeGod20: You are funny. It is not about APC but the legal system. Once inec are taken to court, they are the first defendants and must defend the elections whether APC,Lp,pdp,NNPP win. It is not about APC sir... See, not all results paraded by petitioners are from inec, there's a lot of forgery. Inec documents carry some unique features and once it is lacking, they must protest. Inec can never stand with the petitioners, know this and know peace. Inec rejecting the results does not also mean they are disowning the results sir. It could be that they are latching on mistakes by the petitioners on wrong presentation of results, irregularities etc and not actually the very results. What you see is court is regular, you should be used to it by now....Nigerian politicians are desperate. Both the petitioner and defendant will go to any length to secure victory. I can concede that APC lost kogi to sdp but pdp lost Edo even though it wasn't perfect |
Akpakomiza2: 11:55pm On Jan 23 |
discusant: Which glaring evidence have you seen? Inability to collate electronically can not vitiate election sir when there's a manual option |

Akpakomiza2:Electronic collation of vote results was introduced in the 2022 Electoral Act to jettison Manual collation of vote results which is usually ridden with fraud. If not, why would Nigeria spend billions of Naira on Electronic transmission and collation of vote results? It was only in Presidential election that the so-called glitch occurred. Like the Supreme Court judges, you don't see INEC intent there to manipulate the outcome of the presidential election. You kwontinue with ing roguery in Nigeria's electionprocess. |
Akpakomiza2: 2:22am On Jan 24 |
discusant: The electoral act never jettisoned or banished manual collation, it makes provision for both sir. With time, we will phase out manual collation gradually. For now, we must continue afterall America also collates manually too. Electoral roguery was introduced by your dear pdp and APC are gradually sanitizing it |
