Gradually , we are moving to situation in which, the person that occupies the office, his people would only be the competent at that particular period, after he leaves, they are no longer competent again to occupy good positions.

In Rivers state we have many non-indigenes who have rose to Perm Sec and judges.

Under Wike, the chief Judge was not indigent to Rivers state. Under Amaechi two Igbos were made Perm Sec.

When Amaechi employed 12,000 teachers, 4000 was reserved for non-indigenes. Out of the 4000, a chunk of it were Igbos.

Right from Amaechi's era till date, Rivers state have been reserving one commissionership slot for non-indigenes. While many non-indigenes are made PA's and SA's.
