You no mention whether you are married or not, whether there is existing girlfriend or not. However it is not a crime to date tenant but mind you that you may have to forget about next year rent, you may also have to forget other girls for now because dating her is more like you are married to her, once she is into you, you will see her in your room or she will expect you to be in her room once both of you are around.
