Entertainment and showbiz seem to be amongst the most viable sectors this last year......it just keeps getting bigger and it's a multi billion dollar industry that hasn't achieved its full potential.....add hospitality and sports in the mix and you see the economy gradually come around, all we need do is get money in the hands of the citizens to spend in the economy...Calabar and awka or owerri are now on my bucket list for Xmas holidays ahead of Dubai or UK.....only if you know how terrible Xmas is in the UK,we can attract those Africans who would want to have fun during the holidays rather than being locked indoors the whole day.....I believe 2025 will be bigger.

True, there is so much potential untapped in the entertainment industry, but thank God the state govt is also trying to invest in that sector with the film village coming up in epe and the yearly Lagos countdown which was started by the previous govt and now continued by successive government.

Indeed Lagos is blessed with visionary leaders who recognise the potential of the youth and taking advantage of the huge Lagos population.

Wish there was a way I could this.

1. Ladies free entry. Only female combat athletes will pay money to watch such. Those women pictured are surely not athletes. I pity the mugus who paid their gate fees if the event wasn’t free for women.

2. I’ll rather watch it on DStv. I spend less and don’t have to contend with noise.

3. Fighting is the lowest form of sport. I applaud the competitors for engaging in it. Most of them hate their existence and would switch to an office environment in a heartbeat.

4. Good on Kamaru for keeping this thing alive. Seven events now. Impressive. One of the next UFC champions may come from this promotion.
