Some useless Ronus would say Tinubu has done well.

The level of poverty and misery in the land is beyond words.

Let those who haven't been truthful to themselves keep the lies going. U see,if ur parents aren't connected or rich in this country of today,u will suffer the consequences unless,u are lucky or destined to be rich.

But the truth is,many would struggle. I know how much I earned in a month, yet I am complaining bitterly. Last year,I earned about 56million,I spent roughly 20million on households alone. It saddens my heart to see this. The money I spent for extended families alone was crazy.

Let alone those who are still suffering. I travelled to my village, the truth is,I have been indoors for the past two days, uncles are calling me,many people are calling me aunties are calling...I just switched off.

No be me be Tinubu.

Nigeria is in a mess, it is only idiots who are tribalists and without reasons are those who feel the country should continue in this trajectory.

Just the truth here, even those who are earning big are feeling the heat.
Things are seriously hard out there.

Our leftist people who are children of perdition, will rush here to say she is an obidient. They hate to hear the truth, even when some of them have not eaten a good meal since last year. They hate to hear the truth about he situation of the country. She couldn't be more truthful about Nigeria

Nigeria is gradually becoming the capital of poverty no thanks to your apc.

Most homeless people in America live better than minimum wage earners in Nigeria.

I'm one of them. It a shame I have to it so.
I'm terribly struggling. At times, I lock myself inside and cry
I've lost every hope for a better tommorow due to my current situation which is really appalling. I'm refusing to pity myself. But the more I work hard, the more the hardship persists. It takes a lot of effort to work and earn money, but it takes just a few seconds for same money to finish on essential items.
I have to take care of myself and younger siblings, pay my rent, transport and do other things from the meagre pay I receive as a private sch teacher. My rent will be due by next month, & there's no means of raising funds. Who do I have to hear me out? It's a sad one.
Being a teacher or whatsoever wont really pay your bills in this current economy. The best thing to do is try to earn in dollars, learn a high income online skills.... I am currently learning one and i am determined to become an expert in it, i am sure my dedication and sacrifice will pay out

The same poor and needy with their online ers calling for for her head? Better tell the needy to go and queue at boudillon let their master help them.

Nigeria is poverty and corruption capital of the world. While the military and civilian leaders that brought it to this sorry state sit on hundreds and billions of dollars.

Nigeria is less populated than the US

Now, this is some sensible talk. There are foreign celebrities who visit Nigeria, showcase the poverty & slum areas as well as give some “little charity” for the cameras & it ends there.

Then, there are those who visit all the fancy, elite & beautiful parts of Nigeria & they also showcase this other “lovely & oft ignored” side of Nigeria; in so doing, they either deliberately ignore or don’t see the millions of Nigerians on the streets who are suffering & struggling every day for survival.

Then, there’s this particular lady here, who its that there’s a huge potential for entertainment tourism in Nigeria (read Lagos) but she couldn’t help but notice the poverty & hunger in the land; she didn’t end there, she has used her platform to call for help for these vulnerable Nigerians & this should resonate more among her celeb circles because while it’s easier to visit Lagos for “detty December” & get to soak in all the razzmatazz & night life the city has to offer, there is a glaring & palpable reality - most of the people are ing through difficult times (and this isn’t peculiar to Nigeria) & they need all the prayers & they can get.

While it’s true that the twin policies of subsidy removal & “floating” of the Naira are necessary evils, they’ve to carry a human face! What’s the essence of policies if it plunges more people into poverty, hardship, despair & starvation? Or what’s the essence of a policy that appears to impact the citizens more than it impacts the leaders who themselves introduced these policies? Has the President or governors reduced their foreign trips or the delegation on their entourages? Have the stopped buying brand new bullet proof cars for their comfort, luxury & security? Have they stopped fueling the Presidential jets or vehicles from public coffers for their private trips while many Nigerians than ever before can’t even afford to buy used vehicles not to talk of fueling them? Have they stopped allocating billions of Naira for upgrading their residences, offices & government or guest houses while many Nigerians can’t even afford decent accommodation? Have they stopped feeding large at the expense of the people who barely afford 1 meal a day now? Or have they reduced their wardrobe allowances or put a lid on their insatiable quest for stealing from the public purse? Etc.

Until our political leaders demonstrate a genuine connection to the pulse of the people on the streets & experience what every day Nigerians experience as their reality, we’ll never truly make a headway; we’ll just keep going around in circles & deceiving ourselves we’re making progress while the people languish in abject poverty!

Is it not the fact.. Why sugar coating, when an average Nigerian can't feed very well, just because some persons are just greedy. With the wealth and resources we have in this country, nobody is supposed to eat nothing less than three square meal a day. But because of people like you,the country is being raped like people like you..

josh123 is right.. you have to earn in dollars if you want to live well..

We did not create the global financial system so in future years we will never get there..

The system is created by eu:ropeans to benefit eu:ropeans and eu:ropeans hate black people so the system will never ever benefit Africans...

Nigeria spends Naira not dollars..

Naira used to be close to the dollar but whyte people knew that a black country having a strong currency is bad for them so they use their institutions to tell Nigeria to devalue the currency if they want loans and also use Nigerian presidents to do other anti-Nigerian and anti-black policies..

If Nigeria budget is ₩40 trillion and N1 was equal to $8 Then Nigeria won't be suffering now.

Nigeria will have to make ₩7 quadrillion to make over $1trillion. Thats impossible..

and the people she is talking about are the unskilled people who Lagos state allows to roam the state aimlessly and the place called makoko which Lagos state also allows to continue to exist because they will be seen as wicked if they do anything about both the unskilled population in Lagos and slums like makoko

the wealth and resources is in the land of some specific ethnic nations ( tribes as you like to call them )...

it is those ethnic nations that are supposed to eat nothing less than 3 square meals a day and others are supposed to go and work for and look for what they are supposed to eat because they were normally meant to be poor.....

but because of the abolishment of regionalism by the i:gbos the country is being raped by people who were never ever meant to have access to those wealth and resources..

political leaders cannot demonstrate a genuine connection to the pulse of the people on the streets because they are puppets of whyte people that have deep hatred for black people..

so don't expect black politicians who work for whyte supremacists to have comion for their fellow black people because those black politicians were chosen because they are anti-black in nature and will anti-Nigerian and anti-black policies just to impress the whyte people they work for..

Its not about negative comments. For we as a country to grow we must tell our selves the truth and work on our fault line and improve. I read what the lady said and she never insulted Nigeria. But even if she did? What is more insulting than seeing someone that stole 80billion being granted bail of 500million and his assets are still his and he is walking free and everyone is seeing it, to you its not a problem rather the person who see it as evil and condemns it is the problem . Sick sole.
