So guys I rented a poultry farm fenced but I needed an additional security in the premises, I was led to buy this dog. I have always loved dogs. Was told this is a pure breed Boerboel, is it true guys? It's a female though and I got it 100k through someone that knows the seller who also bought the male. I bought it two weeks ago and they gave first dose of DHLLP before I bought it. The dog is 8 weeks now and it's the one with tongue out

How can I make the best out of this dog through training?

this is not a pure Boerboel..... looks like mix breed of Boerboel with German shepherd

A fine specimen of the breed ..very important that you socialise her now not to ever attack or be hostile to your animals.. so as to prevent chop and clean mouth (feathers and all) later

Is it for security you need the dog? If it is, it is a wrong choice.

You cant get a pure breêd for that Amount. Laiye. Got my Brindle Boerboel for that same Amount. Doing fine but not a pure breêd. Pure South African Boerboels go for as high as 800K

SOCIALIZE HER WITH THE CHICKENS FROM SMALL OOOOOOOOO.....that way she go view them as family .....just teach her basic commands since na security..."sit" for sitting "calm " for stopping of barking and also make her comfortable with you interrupting and being around her when eating too...very important...

She is beautiful. try go to all places where they sell food to buy food leftovers. Meet them to store leftover meat and bones for her. Just tell them you will pay 2K bi weekly and see how they will always supply you with leftovers promptly.

There are predegree and there are pure breeds .. na the predegree ones dey expensive like madt .. the purebreeds are usually lesser than the predegree ...


A malinois predegree goes for 300k .. how would a boerboel go for 800k .. wtf ...

That's a Boerboel alright. But I take God beg you, no chain this dog. Either you have a large compound for it to always run around or you always take it out morning and evenings daily to exercise. Make sure it is friendly with the entire family to avoid stories that touch. You are a lucky man. I wish you good luck.
