If Tinubu succeeds in forcibly changing it and leaves. The next president may consider renaming UI to Ibrahim Babangida University (IBU) or Sani Abacha University (SAU) who are not very much liked in the Southwest.

That president may not be as cool as GEJ, who backed off from changing UNILAG to Moshood Abiola University.
