Give or take, there's already a N30bn invest on that site already...plus the funds that were not seized then the alleged suspect must have diverted up to N100bn of govt funds.

The EFCC must take a step further to exposing the said individual from whom this huge and unprecedented forfeiture of asset was recovered from.



He/she must be named if the EFCC is not to be seen as trying to shield the culprit.



It's not enough to forfeit questionable assets but the offender(s) must be named and shamed to serve as a deterrent to others who feed on our common patrimony.

There is hell on earth, how can someone not have conscience and acquire over 700 properties if they are not the devil themselves.

I am sure the thief still got away with a lot. Can't he or she be named and paraded? How many corrupt civil servants or politicians are in jail now? As long as there is no credible deterrent, they wont stop. Name and shame and give very long or even capital punishment. That's if they will serve the term in the jail we know. We have a long way to go.
