You are the funny one if you dont know that Wike brought and kept Damagun in PDP. That Wike pocketed PDP is simply because damagun is the chairman and he is financing him. Some days ago, some PDP Governors alleged that Damagun was secretly brought into Aso Rock to meet the President. the problem with the masses is they think the law works the way you reason.

When you say someone is a member of a political party, you must show his name of the party because if your name is not on the party you are not officially recognised...you dont have a hip number or an ID card. You have not recognised as a member under the law.

If like you gain ision to a university and your name listed in the newspaper as succesful candidate. Until you complete the formal procedures of registration and your name on the University's official list of students with registration number and ID card, you are not an officially recognised student by law. if you cannot show documents that show official hip of a body and the said body says you are not a member...then you are not a member! Affidavit simply means you lied, it doesnt mean you are a member....under the law!

The problem with Nigerians is we are used to anyhowness. The law does not recognise anyhowness!!

YOU Must show the letter of resignation from PDP and official document issued By APC (e.g or ID card) to show they are of APC. When Obi defected from PDP we all saw his letter of resignation.

The courts and the law are not based on emotion or perception. Defection involves 2 steps, resignation and registration with another party. You must have official documents to show both steps.

I really don't know. I lost interest in Rivers and PDP wahala. Fubara is just behaving like a man without sense. I understand his plight but the way he has gone about it shows to me he has a very low IQ...at least strategically and politically.

With the extent this feud went ,, if you think Wike can forgive Fubara or that Fubara can trust Wike and make any gentleman agreement with him then you're so naive.

What I see playing out here is that Wike has seen that the case of his 27 lawmakers is hopeless, it's a lost cause.

So their only option is to allow INEC to conduct fresh elections.
This one is INEC not RISIEC.

All the 27 lawmakers will contest and INEC will deliver them.

Even if they go to tribunal and Appeal Court they will cover those places.
