I'm a farmer and planted Yams, Cassava , sweet potatoes, corn, Ugu vegetables, Okro etc this planting season. Go thru the thread. I need investors to make my dream come true because with the GMO craze going on now, Organic farming is actually a cash cow. I farm strictly organic crops from start to finish.

If you have time, read through this.

https://www.reuters.com/world/americas/argentina-cuts-interest-rate-inflation-outlook-eases-2024-11-01/

In Milei first year as president, Argentina's inflation rate has dropped drastically because they chose a competent leader.

If it can get worse in a year, trust me, it can get better. All you have to do is put aside your bias and the most competent leader. Not that idiot that licks microphone.

But some of you won't. No wahala. No be me una dey do now. grin grin grin

I have opportunity to leave the country. I chose productivity in Nigeria instead. Next year, my dream farms would have expanded to 1,000 Acres. Nigeria is a goldmine for the discerning, hardworking and the research-minded individual

All the best to your farming business and may God enlarge your territories.

bread is now like 1500-2000. The common man no longer buys it like before

This is not true. Bread is still the cheapest food commodity available for the poor.

Think about it carefully.

Well based off of his financial protections, a 10 million investment can generate 80 million. Therefore, 1 million would generate 8 million based off of his financial projections.

OP, listen to this joker at your own peril. Blokes like him keep regurgitating the same crap for past 30 years. Talking about farming when farmers cannot visit their farms due to kidnapping, unknown gunmen, boko haram and insurgency. Talking about setting up a business in a country where many mulltinationals have jumped ship. Are you wiser than Guinness, Glaxco and Shoprite that have been doing business in Nigeria for decades? Are you wiser than Richard Branson, a globally renowned business man, who bitterly complained about the cost of doing business in Nigeria? Do you think that it's easy setting up a business in a country where the middle-class (the engine of any economy) has been wiped out due to poor economic policies and inflation that has destroyed many businesses?

OP, if you must venture into business, go to a country that is business friendly and your money will take you far like Senegal, Cote d'ivoire or Ghana. Business my a** like it's that simple.

DrDoc:
Why dont you use this money to build wealth here ? How you people jump on this travel train can be very very unbelieveable. 10M will set up an irrigated Soya Beans farm that will give atleast 80 M in eight months. Nigerians smh

When I see truth I always say, even dangote cannot run a business there just like that, it can be very cunny. first understand the laws, know your strength and do research, so many businesses you cannot just open a shop and start, you need to from a to z with no errors and pay your staff the right amount like minimum wage. so yes it is not easy to relocate and start business. or as a black man or African they will not patronize u easily so u need to be African dominated location in this country to excel fine.

you obviously don’t know how businesses work here. You charge expenses to the business pay little or no taxes. Travel expenses, car expenses, part of your rent or mortgage, phone bills , charity donations etc. and who says you can’t do business in Nigeria and abroad. The last business i did in Nigeria currency devaluation scattered it. But we move grin

Agribusiness takes a lot of guts to engage in but if you find a profitable niche in a good location anywhere in the world, then you're good to go.
