While creating Facebook ads and selecting a messaging app and then WhatsApp, why cant I do detailed targeting? Does anyone know the solution? The input box gets blocked out by an info box which doesn't seem to exit when i click outside the box.

that area circled in red is usually the part where i get to choose specific targeting details and interests but i can't access it now and that would make my targeting too broad as i'm targeting mechanics and luxury car owners

Will it help my conversion any way? I once did calls as CTA + detailed targeting and spent over 100k on ads yet not so much calls after 7 days

Well, did you do AB testing?

There are some important questions to answer when you want to run successful ads.

A friend of mine sells custom made jewelries.

He ran ads that were successful for the first 3 days, then all of a sudden the ads stopped converting.

We did some tweaking with another ad and it still was a failure. We tried running up to 5 separate ads until we finally got our winner.

He has more orders than he can meet now.

And to shock you, our winning ad was the very first ad that we ran. We just ran the ad again with another ad .
