I went there almoat 4 times...!! Itcost me 600 naira to go and 600 to come back home.. I wasted almost 3k in following them.. I dont even know what to do bruh

Forget that phone call thing, if you want a quick resolution of the issues you have you need to go physically to a branch.

I had the same issue, I transferred 500K from my in GTBank to my in another bank, The transaction receipt showed "Successful" but the money never got to the other bank (This was also confirmed by my officer in the other bank after I called him to complain).

The matter was eventually resolved within 3 days after I went to a GTBank branch to lodge a complaint. When you want to go choose a branch that does not have a high customer traffic eg the branch on Oregun Road or the one on Ikosi Street beside Daystar Church so that you will not spend too much time on the queue.

You don't need to go to these branches I mentioned if you do not live within Ikeja axis, just check within your locality and choose a branch that is located in a relatively isolated area so there won't be too many customers there when you go. Avoid any branch that is located in a market or close to a major bus stop otherwise you go sleep for that place

Please is there any issue with GTB? I restricted my GTB in order to save and avoid tampering with minor bank transactions such as recharge of airtime etc. Since yesterday, I've been trying to check my app with hope of going to bank tomorrow or next but I have not been getting information I required.

And people won't still use Opay, PalmPay and the likes. Lots of goodies they've got.
