I keep telling those who care to listen.....even all this you mentioned are not sufficient to keep fubara on that seat......it's unfortunate the type of system we run but the presidency would go a long way in determining if fubara stays or goes,that's why we are saying fubara doesn't seem to be playing his cards right,you need Abuja whether you like it or not,his greatest undoing was not getting the majority state house of assembly to his side,those guys hold the death knell.

see those lawmakers are not lawmakers anymore. To impeach Fubara is the safest route for the presidency to follow, if it was viable, Fubara would have been a goner now......the presidency would want to be careful in forcing him out, I am not sure the issue of those lawmakers is still an option for them.

Can you furnish us with the court order that says election should not hold.
How is don't give voters' to RSIEC and police don't provide security coverage for the election amount to don't conduct election in your own world?
Besides, no lower court order can override the order of the supreme court. No one I say.
No court will void the election, except the judge is tired of his job.
