If you are declared wanted and you went to EFCC with a sitting Governor and they refuse to arrest you and then come later to invite you, what is the excuse in not following them? Why all the noise on social media? The Federal High Court in Abuja is still expecting you to make appearance, why not go there to show yourself? We are not fools so Yahaya Bello should just stop all these nonsense and make himself available to authorities if he has nothing to hide.

If EFCC is settling personal issue with Yaya Bello, why can't Bello appear at court with his lawyers and claim damages against EFCC? Fayose notified them he will be coming immediately after his handing over, he came as promised and submitted himself. He even came with a bag containing some personal belongings that he will need while in detention.

Fayose was arrested after he completed his tenure as governor. In fact, he drove to the EFCC office accompanied by some lawyers, governors, activists etc.
