There's nothing in Lagos today that shows any great development from the government.

The real estate and business boom was bound to happen with transistion from military rule to democracy plus Obasanjo's general stabilisation of the economy.

the blue line train and badagry express way,is the only significant investment of the LAGOS state government in Lagos since 1991.
