The currency redesign occured almost immediately the War ended.

There were provisions on how to exchange old notes for the new.

Note that this was 1970 and majority of Nigerians especially northerners did not operate bank s. So how were the northerners able to exchange theirs for the new notes but Biafrans , according to you were denied the oppurtunity ?

The truth remains that the vast majority of biafrans had since exchanged their Nigerian Pound notes for ojukwu's bread cover currency.
