Yoruba of yesterday has bright brain proffs.
Their blood is so precious that when you marry their daughters your children will be so intelligent.

But today the case is reverse, this present day Yoruba their blood is full of Agbo.
They hardly reason now no inttelects like before only Agberos full everywhere.
But sir,Yorubas are still the greatest and most successful blacks in the world.
Yorubas won the greatest number of grammies in the world, they have highest number of renowned and successful musicians in the world, they have the highest number of ict unicorn in Africa, they have the highest number of highest grossing movies in Africa, they have more than 5 youngest phd holders in the world, they have the highest number of most successful business men and women in Africa...they are the only Africans who have businesse that are more than 110 years and still kicking, cheesy
They are the only Africans with the highest number of representatives in govts of western nations and even the USA..lol....the list is endless wink
If only they were not lumped with some pull him down netizens, they would have bocome another Japan.

Northern Nigeria would have featured if there was Professorship in fields of Banditry and Boko Haram. grin
Leave them alone. Face your field of unknown gun men too. They represent in the field of presidency much more than your people.

Igbo seems to dominate the fields of Social, Medical and Environmental sciences
Why are you so obsessed with domination? You can't even enjoy your own thread without derailing with unnecessary chest beating.

Considering Igbos came to the education field 50 years late... They have an impressive achievement... I honestly expected all to be yorubas

What we should be talking today is present day professors and their state of origin
So because Igbos came to education late was why Racoon was trying to misinform? So he shouldn't have corrected Racoon because you came late to education? Wow, what a logic!

My friend shut it up. An article was found on the net and brought for public consumption yet you are alleging bigotry or god-knows-what.

Does the article include your claim of Igbo dominating a particular field? Does it include your falsehood of Keneth Dike being the first Nigerian professor? Can u see that you are irresponsible!

Is Prof Joel Adeyinka Adedeji from Ijebu Ode? Is he related to prof Adebayo Adedeji?

The article was copied as it was found on the net man. The case of Professor Kenneth Dike was a typo error but he was the first professor of history and not the first professor in Nigerian history. The case of Igbos doing great in some discipline is not disputable based on the facts from the write up.

In a compilation that's overwhelmingly dominated by Yoruba. Even in present day Nigeria the Yoruba still dominate fields of advanced study in of volume while their compatriots across the country contribute an impressive amount of quality to match.

I've meet in my time Nigerians from all corners from Katsina to Kano to Inewi, Jos, Calabar, Ekiti and Osun who are just absolutely brilliant, I doubt there is a LGA in Nigeria which doesn't have a fair share of intellectuals some have a higher density than others.

The presence of professors here is a good sign that our education system has many good signs. I am currently working at sv388 with a good income, hoping that in the future my children can become talented people of the country.

You are obviously joking. I'm not here to brag or whatever. The statistics are everywhere showing that Igbos are STRONGLY in the lead when it comes to academics and several fields of human endeavor- both nationaly and internationally. Everyone in Nigeria knows this as a fact, so i don't know what you are on about.

What if Awolowo exhibited thuggish life?
What if Awolowo forged all his certificates
What if all about awolowo was unknown?
If care is not taken, D next generation of yorubas would be something else

Please show me this statistics of yours. Some of you really do delude yourselves, you do realise many people here work as professionals across the world and we meet and see the exceptional individuals in their different fields and there is nothing to this your argument that a particular ethnic group is over represented in relation to their density.

There's no place to show where he taught.
Was it in UI or abroad?
