Kaduna Refinery was built by General Babagida.
They were government owned refinery's.

Mumu, this project was Tinubu's vision about 16 years ago. MUMU PDP which Peter Obi was part of couldn't achieve it .
Tinubu allocated land to Dangote when others refused, Buhari hurriedly commission to get the credit but no single drop came out. As God wanted it, the visionary Man of 16 years ago in on the sit of power to see the dream come true.
