I am a ed Nurse today here in California, we all started from the bottom, I knew Niaja parents here who owned homes and worked as cleaners, there is what we call minimum wage here and Federal Housing loans for low income earners. As far back as 1988, a Nigerian newspaper quoted a Nigerian based abroad as saying that its better to be a cleaner in Washington DC than to be a bank manager in Lagos. With the salaries of current bankers most should be able to afford a decent house of their own after 20 years. There may be exceptions but this is true of almost everything
