Otedola or Dangote are not cowards but astute business models (not even business men) they have succeeded in building in a Chain of businesses that holds a good percentage an influence on the country's economy and population.

With that said, they understand how influential whatever they say can go. They are not ordinary citizens, they are intelligent and understand social structure.
Whatever they say can turn the country upside down and people won't understand them.
Otedola and Dangote are extremely intelligent and connected. They deserve from the government if at all they need it.
