Does it has anything to do with location ?
did you lodge a complain about the issue ?
Do you know if it was a general issue during the rainy season ?

I don't know how nairametrics get information for Q4 of 2024 when we are still in Q2. Unsubstantiated or fake reporting!
It's an error. It's actually Q4 of 2023.

The good thing with starlink is that it’s actually worth the hype. Fast internet without unnecessary break in transmission. If you have the funds then go for it, It’s worth buying.

Does it work in a local environment?

I haven’t tried it in a rural area but I think it’ll work

Even if you are in Sambisa forest, it would work.

The only places you might have challenges using the residential plan, which cost 38k per month, is Lagos, Kano and Abuja, most parts of these states have reached capacity, so you may need to opt in for the roaming plan, which cost 49k per month.

Because a good majority of Nigerians access the internet via mobile data (MTN, GLO, etc.). Not via dedicated internet service providers offering unlimited data. Unlike in other countries where it's the other way around. Pretty much every house hold has unlimited home internet provided by an Internet Service Provider. In addition to the mobile data on their phone of course. Nigeria will get there eventually.
