Getting an education in higher learning is a positive step in human capital development.

Someone cannot pay N3,500 in one month, and government is increasing hardship...

I was planning to further my education until I think deep and realized the time I wasted in acquiring certificates instead of skills

Every story has two sides

It is unfortunate that the Landlord threw her out this way

If it is without a court order, then it would be nice if a lawyer can come to her aid to rectify the issue

On the other side of the coin

We don't know her relationship with the landlord and how it may have deteriorated to cause him to take such drastic action

There are tenants who have refused to pay rent for five and for some, even , ten years.

Some are very diabolic and even their co- tenants are scared of offending them.

OP think he wants to help the lady but he seems to be complicating her situation. I believe she clinched to this graduate thing so much that she couldn't see other opportunities around her when she should and the OP is here to sell the graduate line of story when we have thousands of such stories in every corner of our society.
