Also, the pictures you shared here show that people are just building indiscriminately. The government should intervene now and plan those Lagos suburbs so there won't be any need to start demolishing people's years of labour in the near future.

Let's be clear. Those areas developed because of their nearness to Lagos State. In fact, many of those residents live in Ogun and work in Lagos because those areas serve as Lagos suburbs. In the past, Lagos State government and Ogun State government have argued who they should pay taxes to. That's why the areas are by far much finer than Abeokuta, the state capital with tons of old houses on hilly and rocky terrains.

Ogun beat Anambra State in of infrastructures other architectural designs in the State. In of school infrastructures, ogun beat Anambra State, in of company establishments, Ogun beat Anambra State. In of IGR too, Ogun beat Anambra State. You can compare Anambra State to Osun State or Ondo State.
