Why not sell off the refineries to foreign investors who are willing to pair with local players?

Honestly, it is disgusting that an oil producing country cannot operate refineries. Tomorrow, the same people go dey criticise South Africans or berate African Americans. The country we wey get, we no fit manage am well.

Tomorrow, Guyana and Namibia will own and efficiently operate refineries, and we will still be doing TAM.

I still stand that the best policy taken was when President Obasanjo sold those scraps at the end of his government,the second best decision is the Dangote Refinery
This government should take the bull by the horn and sell off at least two of those scraps
I sincerely believe the people in NNPCL have made up their mind that those Refineries will never work as long as they keep importing refined fuel
The president needs to do the needful and sack everyone in NNPCL,we know that they have made up their minds nobody will refine locally as they are the biggest benefactors of this crazy policy

Is this a joke or what? When did Saudi Arabia start fixing refineries? Saudi Arabia does not fix it's own refineries. It is done by Indians, Koreans, etc. Not even ARAMCO is maintained by Saudis.

PH refinery that was supposed to be ready by December and the others by 2024 that huge funds have already been sunk into are now all of a sudden what is to be repaired in 2 years.
