Do you capacity test your cells before you assemble them?
no I didn't do it myself, but tetralogyfallot did a test on them.

I think your series link isn't enough, just two nickel strip links, it would be better to add more to enough current.

he does, if you insist.

the strip is 0.15mmx8.
And also, what I intend to power with it isn't up to 300w.

What's your estimated max amp draw from the battery (your BMS)? if more than 40a, i would suggest you add one more strip of nickel per 3v pack to help beef up the amp handling capacity of the pack. Just thinking aloud....

Boss do your testing by yourself.those sellers do random test and that does not mean that you may not get some faulty ones among them(from experience) I have seen 0v among what was sent to me.

My recommendation is still these, very reliable.

Hi Guys,

Just finished building my battery bank. I must say that it is very strenous task especially when one is doing it at a spare time. Here are what I got

1. 12V 45Ah LiFePO4 Battery X 4
2. 12V 30Ah LiFePO4 Battery X 2
3. 24V 20 Ah LiFePO4 Battery X 1
4. 24V 30 Ah HLY 26650 Battery X 1

All have BMS and Active Balancer installed with Digital Voltage Display. All are enclosed in IP 65 plastic boxes for safe storage.

I also bought Hyundai 24v inverter (Modified Sign wave) X 2 as I tend to give out some some as a gift to my relatives.

I am just a DIY enthusiast. I spent at a point I was wondering if it's worth it.

I still have about 200 pieces of 18650 3.7v 2ah Battery cells. I intend to build 7S 12P X 2 from them.

And the rest of others whom I could not mention. We got lots of smart talented youths in Nigeria. Only that we have clueless criminals who are masquerading as leaders.

Why are they not building solar plants or even encourage private investors to do that. Why are we not investing in our lithium deposits. We should be building batteries.

Abeg no mind my rants! It is easy to generate small electricity for household!
