Many people have had issues using investment certificates because the date of liquidation might not correspond with the date you will arrive. Even if the investment company states that the investment can be liquidated anytime some still have issues with it, so you might want to avoid that and use a regular statement of instead

Redflag. Some have submitted statement showing liquidation of asset into it and still got refusal, how much more you trying to totally avoid submitting a statement of acct

With such a CGPA you qualify for a Postgraduate diploma and not a master's program except if you want to go through a potential supervisor getting their attention is not an easy task.

The immigration rejecting applications as you have been informed is wrong, as a 3rd class graduate that is what you are qualified to do in Canada, kindly go for a program related to your 4 years of working experience, and when you get to Canada you can change to IT related program

In as much as i get the point you are trying to make, I assume that you are trying to downplay peoples effort here which shouldn't be so. People on here only give advises based on the most likely route to get approved. Its now left for you to make adjustment or go with your own flow. Congratulations to you in arrears.

Canadian Universities will require you to have a minimum of 2.1 and good CGPA of 70% or higher in your last two years in the University (e.g. 400L & 500L) to be able to apply for their Masters.

Go for a Post Graduate Certificate (PG.Cert) in a Chemistry related field or a field that has components of Chemistry in it

I undergo sputum test iom July result came today shows No AFB Seen. Culture No growth. MTB NOT DETECTED.

But on the email l was told to come for an x-ray after 21st Oct. And there's also a form l should book a consultation with TB specialist in surulere after the x-ray in iom and take the x-ray results with me to the specialist.

I applied on the 20th of September. got a response on the 11th of October.
my proof of funds section is like this
1. my mother is my main sponsor had 23m pls as her closing balance
2. I had 4 million plus which was gifted to me by my sister and family member I attached my deed of gift
3. the company I work for wrote a letter with letter stating that they would be paying 35% of the annual tuition fee.
4. I also have cash of 1,200usd which I did not really add as my pof
pls note that the tuition fee is 20,500 but the school only requires a deposit of 500cad which I paid.

Canadian schools don’t do 2:1 the look at your actual CGPA and most importantly your last 2 to 3 semesters before graduation. I encourage you to reach out to schools that have your program of interest by email with your concerns before you submit yoir application thanks

First, if you have enough time, I will advise you order your gcms notes.
Now some questions to answer;
How long have you been working that you practically had zero contribution to fund your own education atleast from the things you listed here. The funds you listed here were from your mum and sister and company?
What ing docs did you submit for your mum, sister and the company. Especially proving relationships and why they should all sponsor you.
And your SOP, how did you cover all this inside?
Looking at it, you probably failed to show demonstration that either your mum and the company will meet their obligations.
How healthy is the company's acct?
How many years duration and finally your mum acct, any unexplained lump sums and volatile balances
