How can a nation progress when key positions are not given allocated on merit, but on base considerations of ethnicity, religion..etc
Why does every state in the nation need to provide a minister? That automatically means that some ministers will be in the cabinet, not because they are qualified, but simply because there has to be a minister from their state. It's quite wrong
