Cyberknight: They are deliberately getting rid of him based on his shenanigans with Spac nation and charity commission. There are worst immigration cases than this that already have their British citizenship. He is divorced and I'm sure the wife is sticking a dagger in. The guy chop life for this country sha. He could be lucky and become a governor in naija. 3 Likes |

wonlasewonimi:He is not divorced. The wife- Mary is mentioned in the court documents as well because he claims she is the sponsor of his lavish lifestyle from her 100k a year salary. |

Lexusgs430:He has definitely done it. If you check his Instagram, you'll see how he suddenly presented himself as a beloved community leader and a unique unifier among black communities. It all seems like a big smokescreen; everything has been carefully orchestrated over the past year. Heās the sole sponsor of these dubious nation-building and community events, even leading marches to Downing Street in of the girl childāit's all part of the performance. And letās not overlook how heās managed to align himself with some of the biggest acts in Africa, which only adds to his facade of community leadership. The image he and Olawanle have built is impressive if you look through his IG page. He also removed the pastor and church titles from his name and changed his profile to āNation buildingā āCommunity buildingā It is the act! 1 Like |

giselle237: Is that his partner or wife? The court mentions relationship and partner but not wife. They might be unmarried partners living together. Doesn't matter however from a legal perspective. Does he have kids? No mention of them in his court submissions. |
giselle237: 11:20pm On Dec 04, 2024 |
Zahra29:Now that you mention it, it does cause curiosity as to why he hasnāt highlighted the British citizenship of those kids to secure a stay. He often flaunts two young children - a boy and a girlā¦. as his who bear a resemblance to the womanāthough perhaps it's just my perception. I'm now curious about why they arenāt leveraging that angle but tbh everything feels more like smoke and mirrors with him. Too much embellishment.. Everything has been meticulously orchestrated as the Community leader role is the one they are using to hopefully secure him a stay. 1 Like |

wonlasewonimi: That's not true. The court has applied the immigration laws very fairly in his case and has actually been quite accommodating, even adjourning the case to a later date to allow him submit further evidence. If the court wanted, they could have delved into his questionable source of income. Without the legal right to work or own a business, and his claims that he hasn't taken a penny from Spac Nation and that Mary pays for all his personal expenses, clothes etc (which are obviously extremely extravagant), it doesn't take an FBI agent to see that it doesn't quite add up𤨠The immigration rules are designed to make it almost impossible for an overstayer to regularise their status within the UK based on a British partner. If he had applied from Nigeria years ago, he would probably be a British citizen now. So they are not deliberating getting rid of him, he's the victim of his own choices. 1 Like |

giselle237: It's very curious indeed. If he does have British kids, there would be no need for court appeals, he would have been granted leave to remain a long time ago. There's no way his lawyer would have advised him to fight a discretionary human rights claim in court when applying based on the kids would have been far simpler. I agree, lots of smoke and mirrors. It's giving Nollywood movie lol |

rock86: Ndo/pele/yi hakuri....don't worry, you'll soon adjust. But when you find a wife, make sure you don't go back to expecting freshly cooked meals everyday.....#wifenotcook š |
giselle237: 11:37pm On Dec 04, 2024 |
Zahra29: Perhaps those kids arenāt his. The lack of mention about either child makes it clear they might not belong to him. Thereās no sentiment in the court documents about how the kidsāor even just oneāwould miss having their father in their lives. Instead, thereās a focus on a fabricated narrative about the black community and the crimes he supposedly prevented would increase if he were asked to leave the UK. Even in the response, it was suggested that he and Mary could start a life elsewhere, dismissing her Ā£100k salary as a minor detachment from life in the UK. Not a word about the ā possible British citizenā kids. So either those kids arenāt citizens, or theyāre not his. His lawyer wouldnāt be foolish enough to overlook that angle, especially when thatās one of the āeasiestā loopholes. |
Zahra29: 11:48pm On Dec 04, 2024 |
giselle237: It's not even a loophole. It's part of the immigration rules based on the best interests of the British or settled child. The judge would not be deliberating whether the kids would miss him, it would be an open and shut case. In fact the Home Office would have caved before it went to court. Even if the kids were Mary's and not his, he would still have been granted leave because of his relationship with their mother. So it would appear that the kids are neither his or Mary's., maybe he's their godfather? 𤷠2 Likes |

Zahra29: So you think they are not unfair to him knowing full well that he has a right to family life? Plus he is a father of a british citizen. They would have just put him on a 10 year based on that alone. Sebi he even came in with visitor visa, I know people that were smuggled here who filed and were put on a 10 year route. giselle237: His wife's name is Lucy Odetola. |
giselle237: 12:00am On Dec 05, 2024 |
Zahra29:I meant 'loophole' in the sense that this is the trajectory most undocumented individuals followānot that itās against the rules. Like itās the next best thing to ever happen. God father? š this is even worseā¦. I'm done with this guyās caseāI'm not touching it with a ten-foot pole. Shalom 1 Like |

giselle237: It's a 10 year route to settlement, renewing every 2.5 years with IHS and visa fees so it's a long and expensive route, but I agree it's better than the alternative for many. Lol, godfather - I couldn't think of anything else š |
