Are they paying or not and when will they pay?
It doesn't look like they are gonna pay. No greenlight at all.... No update from the ministry, no update from the government.

This government is heartless

Appeal to the Federal Government of Nigeria

We, the beneficiaries of Npower Batch C, respectfully appeal for the prompt disbursement of our outstanding stipends, which have been overdue for the past nine months. Despite our commitment and efforts in serving our communities, we have not yet received the payments we are entitled to.

This prolonged delay has created considerable financial strain for many of us, making it difficult to meet our personal and family obligations. We earnestly request that the Federal Government expedite the release of the funds required to clear the backlog of our stipends.

While we commend the government for launching the Npower program to empower youth and combat unemployment, the timely payment of stipends is vital to ensuring its success.

We hope for a swift resolution to this issue.

Sincerely,
Npower Batch C, Il Beneficiaries

Npower News: Positive Developments May Occur This or Next Month, Says Adeshina A. Adex, Npower Publicity Secretary

According to Npower News, Adeshina A. Adex, the Npower Publicity Secretary, stated that the National Association of Npower Beneficiaries has been working to reach out to the influencer known as Verydarkblackman, urging him to use his platform to raise awareness among concerned Nigerians about the unpaid stipends owed to Npower beneficiaries, which have been outstanding for 9 to 12 months. Adeshina A. Adex expressed his gratitude for how beneficiaries have responded positively to Verydarkblackman’s involvement.

Npower News further reports that due to tomorrow’s public holiday, Comrade Kehinde James, the Npower National Chairman, who represents Niger State and resides in Abuja, will visit the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation on Tuesday or Wednesday. He will follow up on a submitted letter and pursue meetings with the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry and the new CEO of NSIPA, Dr. Badamasi Lawal.

Adeshina A. Adex also mentioned that despite being confirmed by the Senate, the new CEO has been frequently seen at the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs. He added that there is a strong likelihood that progress on Npower payments will be made this month or next. He encouraged beneficiaries to continue applying for other social investment opportunities, such as loans and grants, while awaiting their payments.

Person go just sit down, think and start writing, garnishing it with "according to NPower news", season it with "Adeshina Adex" and be given hope where there is none......

This government is not ready to pay and they are not even showing concern about it. They exhibit deliberate negligence and complete abandonment of the beneficiaries. In a sane clime, under a reasonable God fearing and humanity driven government, we are suppose to be receiving periodic update directly from the ministry on social and mass media. Even the twitter handle of NSIPA is completely silence about payment and suspension.
The truth is that the ministry does not regard any of the two acclaimed d association of NPower beneficiaries. They are not given them the truth about payment. They are just telling them what they want to hear.

This istration is very very wicked and extremely devilish. There joy is not only in the money they are stealing but also in the fact that the stealing is affecting people's life negatively. Useless government feeding on the suffering and pain of the masses.

Npower Update: Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs Urges Comrade Kehinde James to Follow Up on Submitted Letter Tomorrow

During a 50-minute interactive session between Npower Publicity Secretary, Adeshina A. Adex, and Eze Ezenwa, owner of the Npower Facebook page, Ezenwa was invited by Adeshina to share his experience as a former Npower Batch A beneficiary. He recounted how Batch A effectively communicated their concerns about Npower payments. Though Ezenwa noted that Batch C beneficiaries face more severe challenges now, he acknowledged that Batch A also dealt with delays, particularly due to incorrect details during registration. Ezenwa mentioned that when Sadiya Umar Farouq took over, Batch A beneficiaries experienced further delays in receiving their stipends.

Ezenwa also spoke about Batch A's completion of the one-week NEXIT training and the continued delay in the disbursement of the promised soft loans from the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs. When Adeshina asked what Batch C representatives should focus on regarding payments, Ezenwa suggested pushing for the settlement of 9-12 months of outstanding payments and advocating for Batch C to be absorbed into government ministries, departments, and agencies. Additionally, they should discuss securing soft loans and grants for exiting Batch C beneficiaries.

On the topic of Npower’s current status, Ezenwa was optimistic, stating that the program is still active, though temporarily suspended, not scrapped. He emphasized that Batch C will still receive their payments. Adeshina ed this, explaining that the program’s manager, Mr. Akindele, had stepped aside after the appointment of Dr. Badamasi Lawal as the new CEO of the National Social Investment Programmes Agency. Dr. Lawal will assume full duties after his Senate screening on the 24th.

Ezenwa concluded by encouraging Batch C beneficiaries to officials like Adeshina A. Adex, Comrade Kehinde James, and others, who continue to fight for the release of their stipends. He expressed optimism that Batch C would receive their payments soon and urged them not to lose hope, as brighter days are ahead.

Hahaha hahaha.. Good to come down dis street once again after a while. Ezenwa, let me start with you.. You don't have sense!

You are still here posting rubbish about Npower? Writing arrant and total gibberish all the time.

Me dat I enter ministries and the National Assembly week in, week out, you want to tell me how ministry works because you submitted one useless letter that was acknowledged with ministry stamp & a draft copy abi?

Who told you payment will be made? Who in the ministry told you that and in what capacity?

Continue to waste your time at the ministry. If you have see sense, meet me at Three-arm-Zone next week let me get you into NASS. Maybe you can submit your petition there to Senators & Reps directly for debating at Plenary.
They don't entertain visitors on Monday, So meet me there on Tuesday.
