This question is paramount.

How does it work?

The president gets sacked, who will order him out of the office?

Inspector general of police?

It is very important that we get our election right. It is extremely important that we conduct a free, fair and credible election that is accepted by all.

"Go to court and seek redress" is a paperweight statement.

Judges also read the mood of the society and weight their options before giving judgements.

Governorship election,.well this can be upturned.

Presidential? I don't know.

A lot is at stake.

It is well with Nigeria.

It's possible but I don't know if it is probable.

Those who bought the whole of INEC and caused them to commit high treason can also buy the supreme Court, which is even much easier.

If all the facts are proven beyond reasonable doubt, the impostor will be off the same moment.

His certificate would be withdrawn and the security detail taken away from him. It will be straight to his personal house.

very possible....The president doesn't have immunity over a case against him. If it wasn't possible, there would not have been a career in law. The president would have just decided whatever he wants.

Tinubu uses money to have his way.
If he is sworn-in,he will change the head of the supreme Court judges and install his asslickers who will play by his tune.
It cannot be possible.

yes tribunal can...but the president has a right of appeal within 21 days....so the president will continue until the supreme court has the final say

it may take 8 months

You people just spit trash as if nah only SE vote decide the election, the smallest region o....
If u dont vote Tinubu, the north vote him, even had a very good numbers in Adamawa and even won in Benue too, the SW vote him, even some parts of SS still vote him...
So he rigged the election throughout Nigeria? While the election is free and fair in the SE bah?

You people re just ranting all about instead of u blaming it on the disagreement btw Obi and Atiku, could have been easy ride for PDP...but as they always say..
When it's someone's time, nothing will stop it...
So Rant all u want,

NOTHING WILL HAPPEN!!! OTILO.

Yes it can but I doubt it is about to happen. The evidences are clear enough.

Only Supreme Court can

But they will not overturn it

The Election Irregularities in this Election are not more than the Previous Elections that they refused to overturn

Is our democracy ripe enough to order a sitting president out of office? Be it by tribunal or supreme court?

Only Supreme Court can

I know.

Is this realistic?

Considering the uniqueness of our political atmosphere?

No

Supreme Court never take decisions that can overturn National Stability or Security

Otherwise even the Supreme will may go down the

But the Supreme Court rubber Stamping the Election Win of a Govt gives it the extra needed Legitimacy

Yes they can...And if thiefffnubu refuses to move out to Iragbiji then Military will surely take over and if there are disagreements amongst the Military then it's full blown Civil War...Like it happened in Cote D'Ivoire.

If the election is indeed rigged, this will be the best thing to do.

However...

The President is not above the law, he only has immunity. If the tribunal says he is no longer President, he ceases to be
Mfetenang: 5:56pm On Mar 02, 2023
