The first thing Itel wants you to know about this phone is that it is cheap. With only 46k Naira, you can access a 4G device with a wide 6.6 inches screen that is "clear for watching movies."

At first, I thought this was a big win for Itel. After all, Tecno Pop 7 Pro is sold for only 65k Naira, yet the specs are astounding, especially the type-C port feature. This led me to pressure my boss to get the A60 ASAP so I can get done with the review video. After reviewing it, this is what I found

SPEED: From the very first time I turned the on, it keeps lagging. To open an app is a problem Tap on the camera and it will delay before it will open. Scrolling is not smooth as well.

GAMING: This is yest another problem. I installed Need For Speed from play store and it took 2 minutes and 30 seconds just to luanch. The rest of the story is lagging, overheating and underperformance.

CAMERA: This is the obviouse one. The 8MP camera at the back is not as expected. Itel S18 Pro has the same spec camera but way more clearer.

Itel should be ban, they are know for substandard & low quality phone, all in the name of producing cheap phone, they end scamming the public, even if all these phone are selling for 20K, it's a scam because you won't enjoy the phone

I used an Itel Smartphone, which only fell once and the screen was affected

That was the end for me, return back to My Nokia.....strong and reliable, able to withstand multiple drops as well

I am still waiting for the Tecno to make a 6.6inches phone in the pop series before I try my luck as I am already using a pop...I just love Tecno pop series.

I want to get a low end Android as a second device for making calls and sometimes as Glo hotpost in case Airtel mifi fail me. I was considering this, I think itel phones lag a lot because they still use Unisoc chip as U.

I have decided to go for Redmi A1 plus, it's a little more expensive but I think it's better.

Also I don't feel like buying any of them cox they are both expensive, low end phones used to be 20 to 25k back in the days

Your best bet for this price range is pop 7 pro not A1 plus

Pop 7 pro is too expensive. Can't be dealing with Tecno for 70k

I just saw my homie an 850mb movie within 6 minutes on her a60 itel bout 2 hours ago. For a go edition 2gig phone i tink it isn't bad. OP may have exagerated too much. Itel phones are easily servicable.

Itel stuff might be cheap, but they last long and their battery never disappoints too.
I have a P33 plus that I've been using since 2019. It fell inside a drum of water one day, but guess what? After turning it off quickly and sucking out the water, I left it to dry. Then I turned it on the next day.

This happened in April 2021 and the phone is still going on strong today.

Same issues until you upgrade the ram from your settings. The slow response to every thing you do on the phone is because of low Ram e.g 1GB ram

I’ll never buy an itel phone in my life.

So far,So good.. Its a dope device. Fast,sleek and serving me well.
