If I had the power, I will prohibit females from ing anything military. Women are naturally bestowed with power to make society function through their gathering skills and ability to nurture the young ones and maintaining the household.

Women are better off in the offices, markets and as artisans than carrying guns up and down looking for what is not lost. If the real war come now, they will quickly remove their uniforms and other females at protective zones, so what is the point of keeping them in the military.
