If it won't work, it will cause largely by bank officials, if CBN can carry out covertly and overtly operations to get erring bank officials and deal with them accordingly, it will definitely work, though it may be tough initially.

You are all criticizing ordinary cashless policy.
What if we start compulsory insurance, compulsory resident registration and postcode policy, compulsory taxation and so on.
If we want to really be a developing Nation, then we must brace up. There are sacrifices to be made and this is just one of them.
Go to the UK, highest note u see in people's wallet is £50 and it's for unforeseen circumstances. Cashless policy is already outdated in most serious economy. So this policy is a welcome development.
