Not long ago, we read of a guy who pelted the King of England with egg/s. He was arrested by the king's security entourage, taken to the Police Station, they took his statement and was released same day

But here we have a case of a frustrated young man who tweeted what a lot of people are bottling up inside. Policemen had to be detailed from Abuja to Bauchi to arrest and take him to Abuja! All on Government expenses.

The arrest won't stop anything rather it will give some guys the necessary excuse they need to say stuff.

Also, this disturbing trend of governors now arresting SM critics and dragging them to court is an aberration as governors enjoy immunity they can not then drag anybody to court for rightly criticizing them since they can not be investigated owing to their immunity card. Governors can not also sue someone as well since they will need to provide evidence and be cross examined by the defense team, something that they can easily use their immunity card to avoid thereby hampering a fair hearing.

But because he wrote in her people's local language and she feared the far reaching impact it might have among the common northerners. Some things are better left like that.
