for the record, Mr Lawal didn't say he would get vote for Obi, instead, he said most Christian communities in the northdon't want to hear any other name except Obi. FYI. Obi doesn't need to win kwara, kogi, niger, etc to be the president but only 25%. This is presidential election and not gubernatorial we are talking about here.

Do waste your time explaining to them, they are blinded by tribal bigotry (Yoruba lol kan, or asallahmaleku) 2023 their eyes go clear. They don't know what CAN and past military generals are cooking behind the scenes. Tinubu is still in the race for presidency because of the huge amount of money he has looted. I did my nysc in the north,i ed out this month,majority of of my northern friends are voting for obi,some for kwankwansor but don't mention atiku the believe he is a thief,tonubu is a non existing being to them....that's my analysis

Apart from that, their interest is the continued corporate existence of Nigeria as a country; something Atiku’s victory might not guarantee while Tinubu’s victory will be a very bad image for Nigeria which the cabals would not want to see happen. Add his Muslim Muslim ticket which excludes the Christians from his presidency.

So, Obi offers the best option if Nigeria will continue to survive as a United entity.
