A terrorist leader once said during an interview that old grazing routes and reserves must be reopened to maintain peace and this govt has been tacictly trying to do that through RUGA and other policies. My question now is: why does this govt always share the same opinion and speak the language of terrorists? What the terrorists are using arms and violence to achieve is what this govt is using the instrumentality of govt to achieve, birds of a feather .
