mysticwarrior: Gaboon vipers are really not hyperactive. On the contrary actually, they are very lethargic, rarely moves and slow even if they move. They are called "The snake you can't see" for a reason. They are really not a threat until you threaten them but they can strike at a lightening fast speed. Then that's the end of you if you don't seek immediate medical help. I don't condone killing any dangerous animal unless they invade your private space and perceived as a threat but you can very easily kill a gaboon viper without much effort, move too close and it can also very easily kill you without much effort. 1 Like |
