My Honda pilot car is finding it difficult to move up a slope. When I apply break on a slope like climbing a bridge, if I release the break to accelerate, it will be rolling backwards until I apply force on the acceleration before it can move forward. In the process of applying the accelerate with force, the car jerks loudly while it moves. Also, I discovered that while driving, sometimes the D symbol starts to blink and when it starts, the car starts moving sluggishly. I will have to stop and off the ignition to restart the car before everything will become normal again. Please what could be the cause?

Okay for the pilot, check transmission fluid if it’s low, top it. If not, scan the car and post codes here let’s know what’s wrong with it and assist accordingly.

If you can lay hands on Genuine OEM rack and pinion or you can lay hands on very good quality aftermarket it’s preferred. However in the absence of these, pls, get a tokunbo part which is still in very good condition.

Good morning my ogas. I noticed my camry 08 temperature guage goes up and down but does not go more than the half way.

2. Whenever I drive the car, after some hours, the rpm goes up by itself upto 2 while driving without marching the throttle. As the rpm goes up itself, the temperature guage goes down and sometimes comes up again.

3. After driving, mostly in the afternoon or after a long drive and I park. If I want to start the engine, it gives pku pku sound and does not start on time. And after hours of driving mostly in the afternoon, it does as if fuel cuts and won't get enough supply making the engine skip till I park and wait after like an hour and it goes fine again.

Pls what could be the issue before I involve a technician and avoid unnecessary spending.

Hello everyone,

Recently I discovered my Lexus ES 350 pop out white smoke for like 3second and stop then steam follows after a while. What might be the issues please help me.

Although I hardly driver the car because there is alternative and the car can stay without going out for 4-7days depending.

It works perfectly well and no any sound, no oil shortages, no jerking, no temperature issues, ONLY issue is the white smoke very early in the morning and after that through out the day it will be steam.

What is wrong with the car please house

Abeg find a competent technician to fix the car. The explanation is vague and I can’t advise on something that isn’t clear.

I can’t advise you on this because I do not have first hand knowledge of what’s wrong with your car. Pls seek further physical diagnosis from competent technicians.

Avoid such mechanics, drain that T4 and use genuine MB ATF or Liqui Moly

It could be condensation that came out when you started the car. Drive it more frequently and observe if coolant levels and oil levels goes down.

Bluish or white smoke?

Your valve stem seals are culprit. Have it checked by a competent technician
