It depends on the officer. Mine actually considered it as a plague. He didn't touch the cas or the letter(just my port). Before it reached my turn another officer had announced that we should all bring it out. My guess is some officer might request it while some won't.

I did my bio on Aug 20, called and issue was escalated on September 12, today make it 15 working days yet I called and I'm told decision not made and they will get in touch whenever a decision is made. Worst is I have never gotten NSF mail from Ukvi. The challenge is there is even no timeline for resolution and my school enrollment will be over my next week.
