I was recently itted into MS Business Analytics program of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

And so I was able to today to schedule a visa appointment at the Abuja Embassy and the earliest available date was in August 2023.

Meanwhile my program start date is 6th February 2023.

Now should I just go ahead and immediately apply for an Expedited Appointment or wait till "within 60 days of my program start date" as stated on their site, before I apply?

Secondly, apart from the documents such as ission Letter, I-20, DS-160, Receipts, etc, do I need a letter from my school to boost the application for EA?

Your opinions and practical experiences on this would be deeply appreciated, please.

If you made a mistake or missed a spelling on your DS160. You can submit a new DS-160. But make sure you update the new DS-160 application code numbers on the appointment portal.

But I've been to the only two fidelity bank branches in my state and they both are claiming they don't have dollar in cash to give me. So I want to know if there is a way I can sell it online at current black market rate. Pls note that the dollar card linked to the has expired and I've not renewed it. Thanks

You can sell to someone who has a Fidelity Domiciliary .... CBN restrictions makes it very difficult to move dollars within banks. I just funded my Fidelity Dom if not I would have bought from you.

Lastly I have paid my Sevis fee, University of houston, spring session starts second week of January, 2023. The appointment dates that is available for Abuja is from August 2023. I have not even book any appoint yet as I have been searching for closer dates. My question is, should I just go ahead and book any date and then apply for EA or continue to keep searching and hope for closer date?
